On November 2nd, the Stowe Rotary Club had the pleasure of hearing from Gary Clark, President of the Vermont Studio Center.  A poet, Mr. Clark was first introduced to the Vermont Studio Center as a resident artist in the early 1990's.  It was such an influential time that Mr. Clark moved to Vermont, and has worked at the Vermont Studio Center since.
Located in Johnson, the Vermont Studio Center was founded in 1984, and has grown to become the largest international residency program for artists and writers in the United States.  Each month, the VSC hosts 55 visual artists and writers from across the country and around the world.
